                            Reformation is important to there is one thing that economics, very fast jobs are changing and money dynamics are changing very quickly. And another is about the culture . Education system make people better that is prime. And third globalization  happen world is becoming smaller and because of Technology. we start fighting with each other a lot and most of our fight which are we don't understanding culture all issues of how culture different .

                          Globalization tries to disintegrate, the wall between culture and Nations and national identity convert into Global identity .This observation Ken Robinson say that globalization will force us to teach several things, in the more open way and people should be ready to accept ideas coming from worldwide. In different capacities which kind of a openness narrowness  should not have in all those things .

                        In the video there Past is that we going college, we get a degree, we get a job, which are there so in this environment job. supposed to not give where they are give things is to change, in different way. And how people can be innovative and thinking different way and try out several other things .                             If  invent a new word today and put it on Face book everybody knows about it within, 24 hour less language is moving faster in teachers have good to keep plus with this because they students are already a head of them.  must have had this experience you know the kind of language did you use all the time every day. weather its English or any Serbian or whatever it's often not the language that your teachers know. because they are  Generation older and they are just not familiar with it until  tell them and this is the sort of things that is happening to going to happen to our students we see in course new slang new words new expressions. are going to come in the other big trade in language change is the globalization of English. The fact of the matter is that we and  students will go out into the big wide world and encounter found, in the English language well if you have been teaching your students that there is only one kind of English.

                            And that is British English and the only kind of ascent is received pronunciation. which is the ascent of the queen and so on.  

                           Technology and texting brought abbreviation in language. But it is only 10 percent other 90 percent language is standard English. In language the more one read and write, the more one can expertise it. And mobile and computer can be very useful for that.

Can technology replace teacher?

                                                                               

                 The answer of the question can be yes also and no also. Because depend on our psyche.  Who comes first chicken or egg. It is difficult to say. As same this question. Today is lies it will be turn true  tomorrow. For example,  invention of electric city,  in literature these things talk by marry Shelly before 200 year, so at that time it's imagination making monster it turns into a  real world of 21st century  robot. So everything happens real world. so day by day things are change  with a help of technology. Therefore technology replace teacher?? it is very difficult debate because Great technology requires great teachers.

                     Technology has grown by leaps and bounds in the recent times. If we think  without technology teacher can provide good knowledge,  or if we images that Think about having no access to a computer, no videos, no projector, not being able to make copies, having to enter all  students grades by hand . Another side imagine that without teacher in the classroom what is happening. As same teacher present in class things are totally change, like atmosphere of classroom that is do not make technology. Computers do not teach children to question, to discriminate among sources of information, to weigh perspectives, to think about consequences, to bring contextual meaning to a situation, to be creative, or to make careful judgments.” Teachers impart students with life skills, valuable life lessons and inspire them to reach their potential.

                     A teacher is so much more than a facilitator, they are also a guide and a mentor. Without a great teacher, technology merely becomes an automated tool and stops inspiring and engaging students. Ultimately, it isn’t about teachers being replaced by technology but how teachers can adapt to incorporate technology in their lessons.


                 Technology teaching was at the centre and when we talk about 20th century, education system teacher and teaching was in the centre. for example centre in Periphery ideas post structuralism The Derrida and then decentering the centre this decentering  the centre is happening education system . 

                If teacher go and doing also telling and motivating learners to do then there is still requirement of teacher but if teacher is only giver of the material then material is already available on internet perhaps learner don't happy with this kind of things also . So entering ideas learning is become more important and teaching being reduced in its important . That kind of ideas we apply that can technology replace teacher. If teacher only giver material.

It is really happening when we study flipped learning classroom activity and Byju’s , Coursera , Flinnt   kind of app to learn something there is really happen Technology replace teacher . But this all made by in a way Human being.

Technology in a way makes ready for self learning and what can do self learning it's free our self what else human being require then freedom .

All students are supposed to future ready not passed ready but future ready when future is unpredictable I will that Technology going to rule the world in 21st century.

                 Use of technology Minds grow with screens would be automatically multi tasker.   and one who has grown without screens they Mini mono tasker and that's why we can find problem to technology disturbance.

                                      
               Initially, it was a very debatable concept with lack of network infrastructures and technological frameworks. But with the advent of ever-advancing technology , it was essential to modernize education by deploying appropriate strategically technologies to give learning a whole new dimension. It proved to be an asset to the process of learning.
