Gazal .
I have made an effort to Analyse a Gazal, I hope you all will enjoy reading
this blog.

zarukhe vat nirakhti
roop ni rani joi hati,
me ek sahejadi joi hati.
Tena hath ni mahendi hasti ti,
teni ankh nu kajal hastu tu,
ek nanu sarkhu upvan jane,
mosam joi nirakhtu tu.
Teni smit ma so so git hata,
teni chupki thi sangit hatu,
tene padchaya ni lagan hati,
tene pagrav sathe prit hati.
Tene yad na asopalav thi,
ek swapn mahel shangaryoto,
jara najar ne nichi rakhi ne
tene samay ne roki rakhyoto.
Te moja jem uchaltiti,
ne pavan ni jem laheratiti,
koi hasi ne same ave to,
bahu pyar bharyu sharmati ti.
Tene youvan ni ashish hati,
tene sarv balao dur hati,
tena prem ma bhagidar thava,
khud kudrat pan aatur hati.
Varso bad farithi aje aj jarukho joyo che.....
Jya git nathi, sangit nathi,
jya pagrav sathe prit nathi,
jya sapnao na mahel nathi ne,
urmio na khel nathi.
Bahu sunu sunu lage che

A nahoti mari premika ke
nahoti mari dulhan,
meto ane matr jarookhe
vat nirkhti joi hati,
kon hati a naam hatu shu,
a pan hu kya janu chu......
Tem chata a dil ne aaje
vasmu vasmu lage che,
bahu sunu sunu lage che.

In this above lines we find any girls waiting of someone she was stay with
peacefully place like window there is out side gardening here line of the
Gazal like ,

We find here poet was the Praise of girls she was very beautifully look wise
there was natural thing with imagination of her “ Beauty “ . There is Reason
behind happning all this thing Because she is love some one here we find often
message poet say “ tene pagrav sathe prit hati. “

Again we find poet is exaggerate Because she is love someone then she is
recall all those unconscious memory poet explain with word like “Tene yad
na asopalav thi, ek swapn mahel shangaryoto “ . poet compare with nature
element like , “Te moja jem uchaltiti, ne pavan ni jem laheratiti “ she
was very youth then her beauty is very attractive at that time somebody
is come with smile then she fill lovey smile with shamefull.

Again love of imagination of poet when she is youth their are so many thing is
attractive somebody like his body to his beautyness there are give natural
atmosphere of girl.

In this above line we find after long time poet imagination he was return same
place there are no space of lovely thing like time is left there is no love
atmosphere because their are no girls it like she is left either may be she is
become like old then he /she meet their are no romantic atmosphere then she was
fill painful all those thing like loneliness and very painful he was portrait.
His desire, felling it is not there because her youth age is gone or left it is
atmosphere is painful poet.

In this line poet say when poet see at that time girl she is waiting of
somebody then she’s look it’s very large attractive then poet like very
heartily large part he was can’t forgive she is not lover of poet or wife but
her look and romantic feeling is very attractive poet is like all those thing
who she is ? what is name her? Not knowing but is painful then he suffer a lot

Ø Problem with
understanding of gujrati lyric Gazal.
1) ‘ mehendi’ and kajal cannot laugh.
2) It’s imagination not possible in real like she is
laughing with hundred song.
3) We can’t stop of reality in time or real life or
time is not wait somebody.
4)It’s not possible ‘spout with sea’ and wind all those thing
not happenings in reality.
Ø According
to I.A.Richards language can be study of two ways: (1) Scientific use (2)
emotive use.
Here in Guajarati gazal in emotive use because here person feeling , desire ,
his elusion is very large. Then person is suffer a lot fell in love. The
felling of love takes people in an illusionary word.
Ø Propose of poet writing of gazal may be :
In the gazal we find poet write because he was fill in life then full of
imagination here portrait. Poet has life some way or other any girls should
pass his life then write.
